The Baltimore African-American
Home & Garden Show

Now that spring is here, you may have special plans in mind for your home. Whether planning interior or exterior changes, the Baltimore African-American Home & Garden Show was the place to go for information and ideas.

The African-American Home & Garden Show, held at the Pikesvilles Armory, had a variety of businesses represented.

"The Home & Garden show is a resource held to support Black businesses," commented Stephanie Dunn-Hunt, organizer of the event. "This show is the first one held in the spring. Previous shows were held in the fall," she continued.

Guest speakers at the Home & Garden show were Karen P. Hicks and Susan Romanic. Ms. Hicks conducted the seminar—"The Art of Interior Design" and Ms. Romanic, the seminar—"Getting Organized."
