Baltimore African-American
Home & Garden Show
Now
that spring is here, you may have special plans
in mind for your home. Whether planning interior
or exterior changes, the Baltimore African-American
Home & Garden Show was the place to
go for information and ideas.
The
African-American Home & Garden Show,
held at the Pikesvilles Armory, had a
variety
of businesses represented.
"The
Home & Garden show is a resource held to
support Black businesses," commented Stephanie
Dunn-Hunt, organizer of the event. "This
show is the first one held in the spring. Previous
shows were held in the fall," she continued.
Guest
speakers at the Home & Garden show were
Karen P. Hicks and Susan Romanic. Ms. Hicks
conducted the seminar"The Art of
Interior Design" and Ms. Romanic, the seminar"Getting
Organized."
