Management has represented top talent for
more than 19 years. Created to assist people
in all facets of the entertainment industry,
Almost Famous Talent Management is a
non-profit business that provides seminars,
workshops and expos featuring well-known actors,
talent agents and casting directors.
"Throughout the
years, we have watched people give up their
dream of becoming an entertainer because they
could not afford headshots, comp cards and travel
expenses back and forth to auditions,"
Ms. Young comments.
"We
hold fundraisers throughout the year to help
struggling talent," says Ms. Young. Almost
Famous Talent Management provides seminars,
workshops and expos featuring well-known actors,
talent agents and casting directors.
"We
provide programs that encourage a positive image
in our clients," says Ms. Young. One such
program is Just Us Plus, established
in 1990 by Ms. Young and Sandy Watters. "Very
often when attending fashion shows, we observed
the limited number of full-figured models,"
said Ms. Young. "We train women and men
for professional modeling careers." This
includes grooming, image consulting and proper
walking techniques.
