Pilcher is a pleasant, sincere and aggressive businesswoman
that was taught to own a business at an early age.
Born
in Argentina, Ms. Pilcher and her mother initiated Carnelle
Salon fifteen years ago that was originally situated
in another location of the Chadwick Shopping Center.
Following reconstruction of the shopping center, changes
occurred. The mall changed to Boulevard Place Shopping
Center, Ms. Pilcher's salon moved to a new location
in the mall and the business changed to Beauty Creations
Salon & Day Spa.
Ms.
Pilcher's shop is a must see, offering services that
include hair, skin care, nails and spa services (body
care, waxing, facials, etc.). "Our salon is multi-cultural,"
Ms. Pilcher comments. "We have Korean, African-American,
Pakistani, Puerto Rican, Argentinean customers and others.
We welcome all nationalities."
