Knauer is one of the chefs at Ryan's Daughter
and is known for preparing sumptuous meals. Chef Knauer
has been a chef there the past six months and enjoys

of traveling and attended the Institute of Culinary
Arts in Pittsburg.
"We specialize in Irish
cuisine," said chef Knauer. "Our restaurant
sticks to traditional Irish recipes and authentic
Irish foods/recipes."
"Ingredients
like cheeses, butter, teas, bacon and seafood are
all imported and incorporated to make traditional
Irish recipes."
Chef
Knauer's favorite recipes are soups and sauces. The
most requested from the menu are lamb stew and Irish
smoked salmon.
