Chef,
Jim Peang

The
next time you crave Asian food, visit the New
No Da Ji Restaurant. Here, you'll be welcomed
with smiles and meet the head chef, Jim Peang.
Born with a talent for cooking and learning
from his parents, Mr. Peang has been a chef
for 22 years. In fact, Mr. Peang is the first
chef to create a Korean community in Baltimore.
When
asked about his specialties, Chef Peang replied,
"I enjoy cooking sushi, Korean cuisine
and marinated Chinese cabbage." "I
really like cooking at high temperatures on
an open flame grill," he continued.
When
dining at the New No Da Ji Restaurant,
a buffet is set up so that you may eat what
and as much as you like. The most requested
foods are sushi, Korean beef barbecue, sliced
beef, beef short ribs, marinated beef with sauces
containing high quality soy sauce and Korean
spices. "Kimchi, a Korean food (marinated
Chinese vegetables), is also a favorite with
our customers," said Mr. Peang.
If
your mouth is watering, visit the New No
Da Ji Restaurant and sample
some of Chef Peang's dishes.
