you chat with Kathy Murray, it's obvious that she
is passionate about what she does and is sincerely
interested in your physical health. Kathy Murray and
Sabrina Ware are the owners of Ladies Workout Express
in Randallstown. They realize how women sometimes
have difficulty including an exercise program into
their schedules.
"Our
focus is on women,"
Ms.
Murray says. "Women tend to make time for everyone
else but themselves. You cannot take care of others,
if you don't take care of yourself," she continues.
This is the concept behind the 30 minute workouts
at Ladies Workout Express. Members join and
participate in 30 minute workouts or stay longer.
The hydraulic equipment and other apparatus are provided
and may be adjusted individually.

Ladies
Workout Express
focuses on nutrition, fitness and health. "We
encourage our clients to come in at least 3 times
a week and do some form of exercise every day,"
says Ms. Murray. "Once our members begin to come,
the personal attention causes them to find the time
to return."
